Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Also contained in this recent photograph disclosure is shown to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in notations in red and contains a notes section identifying various parts of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.
